Due to the overwhelming number of showing requests, we only do in person showings to applicants with screened applications that meet or are close to our standards. Screening is not done over the phone.

To be considered, each person 18 years of age or older must fully complete a separate application. If you have lived out of state in the last 5 years you may be required to fill out an additional application for an out of state background check (fee applies). Ideal applicants meet several screening criteria, including but not limited to:

No evictions in the past 5 years.

No major criminal charges in the past 5 years.

No credit, collection, or bad debt lawsuits in the past 5 years.

Verifiable stable income of at least 3.5x rent.

Positive rental history with good landlord references.

Brief walkthrough of current home to verify it was respected.

Applicants must meet all screening criteria. If no applicants meet all criteria, the manager may choose the best applicant. All are welcome to apply.

All pets must complete a screening process. There is a $100 registration per pet and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Washer and dryer rental are $30/mo. each.
